Terms & Conditions – Sparkle Event Planner
Scope of Services
The Event Planner agrees to provide event planning, coordination, and management services as discussed and finalized with the Client. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment (non-refundable) and written confirmation (email/contract).
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment as mutually agreed.
Verbal discussions or email communications do not constitute confirmation unless officially acknowledged by Spatkle Event Planner
3. Payment Terms
An advance payment of 10% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the event date.
Delayed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the Client cancels the event:
20 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
In case of cancellation by the Event Planner due to unavoidable circumstances, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting incurred expenses.
Changes & Modifications
Any changes in event details must be communicated in writing.
Last-minute changes may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information regarding the event.
The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals (venue, music, fire safety, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
Vendor & Third-Party Services
The Event Planner may engage third-party vendors.
The Event Planner is not liable for the performance, delays, or failures of third-party vendors, though reasonable coordination will be ensured.
Damage & Liability
The Client will be responsible for any damage to property, equipment, or venue caused by guests or participants.
The Event Planner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Use of Media
The Event Planner may use photographs/videos of the event for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing prior to the event.
Confidentiality
All client information and event details will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking and making payment, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
